Collectable Electric Board Games

With the advent of the computer or microchip, this brought on a whole new realm in gaming that allowed a multitude of possibilities in electric board games. Some games were hits, some flops, complex in nature, or not hard at all, but all in all-may not be sold anymore. Some games here are collectable electric board games that may bring back some childhood memories, and some may give hours of play time for kids. Blip by Tomy, a Pong like game, gave me two hours of fun while riding on the school bus every day. Thank God for Blip.

Electronic Detective

The computerized who-done-it game with over 130,000 Murder Mysteries. Game is in very good condition and works fine with testing. Game is complete with 20 suspect cards, directions, and many photocopied case fact sheets. Three different levels of play "Gumshoe", "Slueth", and "Master Detective". Game has gunshots, police sirens, and the funeral dirge are all part of the game's play. Made by Ideal and requires 6 AA batteries (not included). For ages 10 and up. 1-4 players. Made in 1979.

Talking ABC Monday Night Football

The "Call-the-play, hear it happen" Game! You call the signals. Your opponent sets the defense. Sportscaster announces the result on records! 60 Play Possibilities. Used game in very good condition. Box is in very good condition. Game includes 10 offensive play records, 6 Defensive options, 3 "wild card" records. Works great and requires one D Battery. Made in 1977 by Mattel. Box size is 19"x2.5"x10" inches. For ages over 8.

Haunted Treasure Hunt Board Game

Skill game that is complete and in working order. Dig for treasures and being careful not to disturb the old sea captain's ghost. Game is in very good condition with its box. Object of the game: To be the first player to finish w2ith the most treasure. The old sea captain's house is located on the high cliff overlooking the sea, pounding on the rocks below. Rumors say that the captain buried much of his treasure around the grounds of his ancient home. If you disturb the treasure, you could rouse the ghost, that stories say, haunts that whole area. This game is much like Operation: being careful not touching the metal side when removing items. Game was made in 1975 by Milton Bradley. Two D batteries are required and not included. Game size is 15.75" or 39.4 cm by 9" inches or 22.9 cm.

Blip by Tomy

Very good condition hand held game that was made in 1977. Remember Pong? Game is very similar. As the ball comes toward you, anticipate which space it will land on and push that button BEFORE IT LANDS to send ball back to your opponent. If you choose the wrong space, or push the button too late, the ball will stop on your side of the court. When you serve the ball again, your opponent scores a point. Play until time is up or to ten points. Game is in perfect working order. Has one player (to play against the computer) or two player, working built in timer, on off button, and automatic score keeper. Requires two double AA batteries. Batteries not included. Games size is 4.5" inches or 11.3 cm by 7" inches or 17.8 cm.

The Generals

The electronic game of strategy and suspense for 2 players Ages 8 to Adult. Each player commands a 21 piece army. The Challenge? Capture your opponent's flag or move your own flag to his back row. The Plan? Devise a winning strategy to out-maneuver your enemy. The Risk? The strength of each piece is hidden until an attack is made by either side....even then its identity is kept secret as the Computerized Electronic Arbiter goes into action and determines the winner of the attack. With the Arbiter, the rank of piece is never revealed, only the knowledge that piece out ranks another. Rank of pieces is from 5 star general to private and Secret Agent. Upon capturing the flag, game plays Taps music to signify the winner. Game pieces are complete and great condition. All in perfect working order. Box is a bit rough on the corners. A Fantasy Adventure Game with the Unique Electronic tower. This game is complete and in perfect working order. Game is in very good to excellent condition. Super Spy

Excellent condition board game that is fully functional. The box has some water damage on the bottom, but in very good condition. Can have 2, 3, or 4 players. Game is complete. Box Reads: An intriguing alarm ringing game of strategy, where players travel from room to room, hoping that they will not land on mysterious dots that will set off the alarm. If the alarm rings it hinders them from carrying out their assignments. There were handed to them at the start of the game. The mission is for players to collect secret document cards from each room and be first to escape safely at finish. For ages 8 to 14. Made in 1971 by Milton Bradley. No. 4135.

Sunken Treasure

Game is in excellent condition. Game has never been played. For ages 8-14 years of age. Games is complete and functions fine. This game was base upon operation. (Try to remove body parts for money). This game includes a rotating under carriage where the treasure lies. If you touch the sides, the carriage will rotate and you don't get your treasure for cash. The object of the game is to be the player with the most money at the end of the game. Game comes with directions. Made in 1976 by Milton Bradley. Game number 4640. Required 2 D Batteries. Bank Shot

Excellent condition, like new game in box and never played, fully functional. Game made around the 1980's. Hard game to find. Bank Shot is a hand held pool that offers much the same challenge and excitement as the full size, traditional version. With such features as a built in "Cue Stick" electronic balls of light and realistic "cushion" rebound. Bank Shot lets you control the action from start to finish. Bank Shot has three different games: Straight Pool, Poison Pool, Trick Shots. You can control speed and direction, sound effects, precise ball movement, competition and strategy for one or two players. Game is complete and comes with directions. Requires 6 AA batteries. Waddingtons Wizard

Excellent condition game that plays four different games. Hot Corners, Match Me, Music Maker and Break out. Hot Corners: Each player selects a colored button to defend. When the moving lamp attacks on of the your two corners, bat it away or you are out of the game. The survivor wins. Speed varies. Match Me: Can you repeat the sequence of lights and sounds? Be careful, there is 4 levels of skill. Music maker: Program your owns songs. Wizard plays them back with flashing lights. Songs can be played back over and over. Does come with a 30 song tune book. Break out: 1st player directs the light on its first move out of the maze. If the move is right, same player can continue until he breaks out or takes a wrong turn. Fully functional game. The on off switch does not go fully over to the off position, but will turn off in the middle. Comes with original box and packaging. Requires 6 C Batteries. Batteries not included. Electronic Sea Battle

Excellent condition Electronic game. When pulled out of the box, it still smells new. There was some corrosion on one of the battery terminals, been cleaned enough to work. Multiple games can be played. Single player that plays against the computer to two players. Different games can be played: Traditional or advanced, Salvo, and live action. Lights and sounds from missiles firing to direct hits on the ships. Game is complete with directions. Game time is about 1/2 hour to one hour. Does take some learning on setting up and getting started, but once there, the game is a lot of fun. For those that like Battleship, this game takes it to another level of fun.
