Purchasing Agreement:

When you purchase with Odin Art & Collectables, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies stated by this web site. You may have other rights in the state of Minnesota.

Return of Items:

Odin Art & Collectables will be more than happy and willing to accept your return. Please give a brief explanation (to better help the description of the item for the next customer or to help Odin out). The buyer will assume all costs of returns or unless Odin Art and Collectables made an error in the description as oversight, then cost of returns will be covered. If the item or items were damaged during shipping, then contact Odin Arts & collectables with in 14 days of receipt of items. If item included shipping insurance, Odin Art & Collectables will send out an invoice and receipt paid for shipping insurance to an address of your request Once you or the customer receives this, it will then be the customers full responsibility to bring invoice, item, insurance receipt, and original packaging material to there local post office to make a claim. The size of the claim is determined by the USPS (United States Postal Service) and the amount of the invoice. Do not send a item that was damaged by shipping, even if item was bought without insurance, back to Odin Art & Collectables. It will be the customers sole responsibility to determine if insurance necessary. Odin Art & Collectables will not profit or make money off the sale of insurance. Insurance will be sold at cost and is dependent on the value of the item. Odin Art and Collectables packing packing media will meet or exceed the shipping requirements through USPS.

Product Liability:

Odin Art & Collectables will not be held responsible or have any liability for any products sold in this web site. Merchantability or any warranties are not expressed and implied. Consumer is encouraged to check with manufacture of the product to ensure there is no recalls, safety concerns, and/or updated information on a item. It is also up to the consumer to follow all safety information on the packaging of the item. If there is no safety information on the item, then contact the manufacturer of the item if in question.

Product Disclaimer:

Products pictured in this web site will be slightly different then actual in color, size, and condition. The media used, (camera, monitor, browser settings, and computer) can slightly change "actual appearance". Odin Art & Collectables will do its best to assure that the photograph is or as close to the "true image".

Product Condition:

Odin Art & Collectables will use a product rating on its' used products

Product rating:

Mint condition: Product has no flaws and maybe still in the package. Item is considered "like new"
Great condition: Product has some flaws, but does not diminish its' functionality. less then mint condition.
Good condition: Product has some more noticeable flaws then great. Price was reduced as a result. Functionality is not compromised.
Ok condition: product is at 50% of its' mint values. Flaws are noticeable. Functionality is not compromised or slightly compromised.
Poor condition: Product is almost worth of no value. Functionality has been compromised.
Functionality: is the items usefulness or its' intended function that can be met.

New items will have mint condition unless otherwise stated. Odin Art & Collectables will typically underestimate the true condition of an item. This would be giving a lesser condition then what might be a true condition. Example: we may give a ok condition of any item and when in fact the item may be in good condition. If you feel the estimate was in error, please notify Odin Art & Collectables immediately.

Currency:

Odin Art & Collectables will accept U.S. currency only.

Check Policy:

Odin Art & Collectables will accept only domestic US checks. The checks must be legible, have printed name, phone #, Drivers' license, and current mailing address. Any deviance, may delay an order. Item or items will be held until the check clears. Returned checks will have $35.00 fee charged or the maximum by law.

Privacy:

Your information given to Odin Art & Collectables will be used in a sale or purchase agreement. Odin will not sell your information, trade, barter, or use it in any other way. Unless, ordered by the court or law enforcement for the means of fraud protection. The credit card information given will be encrypted by SSL and sent to PayPal. Computer information stored as computer cookies will only be used for the sale of the item listed in this web site and not for tracking information..

Payment:

If paying with credit card, E-check, or any other electronic means, please be careful when entering in the payment. Some graphics may take time to display and do not click twice when entering your payment. If you did click twice or pay twice, it will be your responsibility to cancel one of the payments. Odin Art & Collectables can not catch all double payments accidentally entered. We will promptly inform you if we catch a double payment and we will refund one of the double payments made.
