Art Photography print taken by Robert I. Brudd in Rome Italy. The Bocca della
Verità (Mouth of Truth), which is a marble carving,
has origins that are unknown. Made around the 1600's. Called the Mouth of Truth
because: anybody who inserts ones own hand into the mouth and proceeded to lie,
would loose their hand; for, the mouth would bite down. Picture size is 12"x9".
Comes with frame and glass. Frame is made out of solid oak and stained to a dark
finish on face and sides. Sides also have a gold or yellow finish. White matting
is 1/4" thick and is made out of cloth. This was costumed framed and done with great
quality. Comes with quality conservation glass TruVue. This glass helps prevent
the damaging effects of ultraviolet radiation which fades art work. Artist has signed
the back of the framing. All photographic images are done in artist's own dark room.
Frame size is 22.5"x19.5" inches. Published photographs: 1980-82 Field museum

Nicely framed Rogers Bros. Ad from 1847 to 1917. Ad from the The Companion dated November 1, 1917. Body reads: The appearance of the 1847 Rogers Bros. Silverware, was shown in the "Tipped Pattern" of seventy years ago, is as different from the present day styles as the military figure of the Mexican War soldier is different from the Khaki-clad fighter of 1917. But the quality of the 1847 Rogers Bros.- the silverplate that has proved itself by the seventy year test-is as sturdy as the spirit of Americanism that fires the heart today.

Shipping weight is about three pounds. Size is about 18.5" inches in height or about 47 cm and width is 12.5" inches or about 31.7 cm.
