Richard Sloan
Duck prints from 1981. The prints displayed here are from the Griggsville Wild Bird
Society's monumental state painting program. Richard Sloan was selected by the Society
to do the classic state bird paintings. Society felt he was the finest and most
skilled at the time for bird artistry. Possibly one of the best in American History.
Sloan's response to such high regards: "Frankly, I'd rather have viewers of my work
consider my as simply a "good Painter" instead of being classified as a "master
of detail". This is a Great Gift Idea
