Shipping Information

International Buyer:

International shipping rates will vary on any given item within the same country. There may be additional taxes or duties on a particular item. We will do our best to label contents differently to circumvent this charge. International buyers are required to contact Odin Arts & Collectables regarding the item or items that are intended to purchase and the country being shipped to for a full estimate on the price of the item or items. International shipping charges are currently on trial and should reflect the proper charges. Odin Art & Collectables will not be held responsible for an item that is sold out before securing price for shipping. On checking out with your items you intend to purchase and you do not live in the US, meaning you are an international buyer, Please check the international shipping check box. Current calculations on shipping and handling have not been properly set. In most cases, you will get a shipping and handling refund to your credit card. Your item will be shipped by United States Postal Service USPS. After shipped, you will then receive a tracking number and information on how to track your item. Canada is considered international, this price will be only slightly higher in shipping as opposed to US shipping and handling.

ii Domestic Buyers:

The price for domestic shipping is at the advertised rate, unless multiple purchases are being made at one time, there will be discounts on the shipping for each additional item. (Discounts are currently un-available at check out) It is Guaranteed to to get the advertised pricing for each additional. Odin Art will promptly issue a refund of the shipping overcharge to your credit card. The advertised rate is the rate given on the view cart button. This price will be totaled or accessed with the shopping cart feature. If total on shipping cart is not the said advertised rate, a refund will be promptly given in the amount of the over charge.

iii General Information:

Odin Art & Collectables believes in helping save the environment and saving the customer some money. We use only recycled boxes and packaging media that is recycled. Shipment will be made once paid in full. We offer shipping insurance for every item. If you do get a damaged item, please contact Odin Art & Collectables with in 14 days upon receipt. Odin Art and Collectibles does not willfully ship damaged merchandise.

iv Shipping disclaimer:

Odin Art & Collectables will not be responsible for damaged merchandise caused by the shipper or miss-directed packages caused by the buyer, shipper, or third party shipper. Customer will assume the price of returns and have the right to waive or accept shipping insurance. Odin Art & Collectables will do it's best to assure the packaging is secure and the item is safe to it's best abilities. If you receive an item that was damaged, check out our policy information before sending an item back.

v Order status:

If you want to know the status or your shipment or when it was shipped out, just fill out the necessary fields in the form and somebody will get back to you ASAP. With every order shipped, you will receive a tracking number from USPS and directions on how to track your item. This will be sent to you via email from PayPal.
